Live Database not working

Hi,

Im using Octane 3, with 3ds max 2016, and I don't have access to the Live Database. When I try to access it I get a message that says "Live DB not available, go to File > Account", but there is no file . account path! The Account tab in the render settings says my licence is all ok, but that's about it.

I'm not in front of my PC right now and I cant remember the exact message.

I've tried it in the standalone version and I have access no problem, its just in the max plugin. I have used Live DB before in max but not for a while. I definitely used it with Octane V2, but not sure if Iv used it since upgrading to V3.

Please please help!
