Hello Octane team.

Thank you,,, got my live account too. :D

Are we be able to use Octane on both platforms now(Mac and Win) with new live account system?

Is it possible now to deactivate the license on Win and then activate it on Mac, vice versa, a.s.o.?

That would be really great to have the freedom to use Octane platform independent and to have it with me everywehere i go.

Hi, you can deactivate but you must wait one hour to reactivate it.
If you use the same machine, you should be able to have it activated at the same time on both OS'es.

sorry if this has been asked before:
does the octane life account mean i'll be able to work on several of my computers (one at a time of course).
so - let's say i work at my machine at the office and want to do some more work at home over the weekend. will i be able to transfer my one octane license?

Looks like i've misunderstood something - i can go to my octane live account - but i can't see a download for the new release - is it out or is it not - and if it is - where do i download it???? - Very very puzzled as it seems someone is able to access the live material database ...or what? :-)

can you help me Radiance, im trying to login to the customer area in the front page, but this is what i get:

username or password incorrect

and after this

We've detected you have a forum account but no customer area account. Please fill in your details to continue

and then:

Error: There is already an account linked to this login

so can you send me the instructions to my mail ?

I got about 100 mails like this, usually people who bought for a friend, payed by bank transfer, free licenses etc...
You need to give me time to process these.
