No octane connection - urgent

Hi,
no problems yesterday night.
This morning, no way to launch octane (invalid user name or password)...
Have urgent work to render...

Any info ?

Do your credentials work to sign in via https://account.otoy.com/sign_in?

If not you may request a password reset:

- First make sure you are signed out: https://account.otoy.com/sign_out
- Then enter your email here https://account.otoy.com/forgot_password
- Follow the instructions in the email you'll receive (make sure it doesn't get to your spam folder)

I hope this helps, otherwise could you please update to the latest version?

Hi,
i do connect with the same name and connection either on the link you are giving (the same than user on this forum).
I'm on W10. And had no problem yesterday night...
I'm using octane plugin 3.04.3 R1.

Work again... Did not change anything...

So do you mean that after entering your exact same credentials in the sign in dialog, the first 9 times it didn't work (got the 'invalid user name or password' msg) and eventually it did? Can you confirm this please and could you please let me know if this happens again?

Hey, if anyone's reading this.... having exact same problem here. I bought a new license last night, I'm getting the invalid name or password error no matter what I do. My other license was rendering at the time, now this morning that one was down. I was able to get that one running again, but the new license won't credential at all. 3.04.4.

If you have just recently updated from v2, note that with v3 you won't need to explicitly specify your license id in the old way but just use your OTOY credentials that would work here:

If this still doesn't solve your problem, please PM me and I'll send you more instructions to try to figure out what's going on.

Sorry for answering so late, but yes... almost 9 attempts before i got connected.

Mine started working finally yesterday after a complete log off/log on, restart, update etc... Not sure which it was that cured it. I couldn't log out of my first machine until Sunday due to a render. Thanks for the suggestions moiave.

This seems like a server issue, probably due to some maintenance but it wasn't reported in the status page probably as nobody else could notice it.

If this happens again, please PM directly to me and send me the following file while you see the error message.:
