Hi,

I have 3 4k screen on my computer and I'm working with 3dsmax 2017 an octane 3. My material editor isn't complete on my screen, so it is hard to work with.

( screenshot attached) All the windows are locked and I have no problem with non-Octane material. Has you got an idea?

Hi pump_studio,
Could you kindly tell me if this issue is on the Render Setup window too?

Hi pump_studio,
I checked out this issue in Render Setup window too.
3dsMax 2017 fully supports 4k monitor.
This issue should be fixed in the next udate.
In the meantime, I advise you to work in 2k.

Hi punp_studio,
I never seen anything like this before.
I measured the screenshot you've attached, and the dpi do not seem to correspond to a 2k, it looks something like a 3k.
Could you please check the issue with only one 4k monitor in 2k resolution (2560x1440)?

Hi pump_studio,
Thank you for your time.
Other users reported an issue with 4K monitors and 3dsMax2017 UI,
but with 2K resolution everything seemed temporarily resolved.
I'm currently working on a 32" monitor 2k, and everything is ok.
Would you have the opportunity to test that issue you have reported on another computer?
Could you give me some information about your workstation:
Video Card, OS, Octane release, nvidia driver release..

I can't test on another computer because they have 2560*1440 monitors.

This workstation has:

-windows 10 professional 64bit
-Octane 3.04.4
-4 titan X Pascal
- nvidia 375.95
-128 Go ram
-i7-5960X
-3dsmax 2017

Maybe should I change the driver

Hi pump_studio,
Ok about what I've understood, Octane works well with 2k monitors and you can see that around you.
I rule out a Octane issue but rather about 3dsMax.
You could upgrade nvidia drivers, but I do not think will change.
Could you take a look at this video and update 3dsMax to last servicepack?

I look forward to hearing from you.
