Light inclusion/exclusion - Yeah, add us to the list of demanders!
Until this feature arrives, a workaround is to use light passes and object buffers to composite the final image manually.
Which is less time-consuming than 5-10 renderings.

People want unbiassed GPU renderer speed but have biassed CPU renderer functionalities

With just a bit of creativity you'll achieve what you're looking for guys. Just take few secconds in the beginning of the project to think about how to achieve it. And that's it. Know your tools.
