HI all,
So i'm rendering a relatively high poly scene in c4d. The octane previewer renders fine but as soon as I hit actual render it tries to compile and runs of out of memory...
My spec is intel i7 6700 4x 4.2ghz, 32 gb ram, gtx 1080.
Anyone have any ideas in how to solve this.

What's geometry control and geometry engine in render settings? Do you know triangle counts can be different when you render to Picture viewer?

Geometry engine is set to resend only updated objects,
Geomery control - auto detect.

Yes it's default and try to find movable objects and export them seperately. But LV export all objects as movable by default state.
- Check subdivisions and set editor and render parameters same. PV use render parameter.
- Use all movable option for render settings.
By these two changes you will make PV and LV exports same.
