Strange message while the C4D with Octane starting

Hi everybody
Have any of you ever seen the mesage like this? This window has started appearing after installin Octane V2.25. Than I have to 4 times to hit OK to finish start. Afher that everythink works OK. At least I think ...

What do you think about that?

It seems like you didn't readed readme.txt.

In all honesty, I've never read the readme.txt at all! That's very first time I really need it.
