Hi there.

After 15 frames or so, the render goes dead slooow.

All the drivers up to date. The scene is not that complex. Each frame takes around five minutes to render.

Working with 4 titan X
Resolution 4K ( no native )

Help !

Any ideas ?

Cheers.

GPU over-heating ?

Is it with standalone or with maya plugin ?

Also I experienced, very very long motion blur precomputation with per vertex motion blur and mesh interpenetration.
(in this case rendering a motion-vector pass also takes an insane amount of time)

Send screenshots from MSI Afterburner or any other software controlling your gpus while rendering - please capture temps, core and memory clocks there.

Hi there.

Thanks for the reply.

Im using just transform motion blur. Overall temp is 64 C. Is that to much ?

No render temp, normal state is 33 C.

Strange. Still can be a temperature problem ?

Cheers.

Oh this is C4d pluggin,
might just be an export particles problem then,
Did you notice if it was slow export/precomputation time or slow actual rendering ?

Anyway better to export the scene to standalone and check if you have the same problem there.
If not, better to see with Aoktar in the C4d section.

Hi. Thanks for the reply.

Yes. C4D.

It may be a plugin in problem. Funny thing that on testing the render whent smoothly. When ready to final render this issues start happening.

I will ask on C4D section.

Cheers.
