Hello.
I’ve just updated to 3.04.3 my C4D plugin version (OSX) but it can’t active no more.
I’ve gone to the standalone (activated), logged it off, return to C4D, try activate, but, it doesn’t work.
I use my userid and password.
I've checked licence status in web interface (no problem)…
Please HELP !!!
Note : 3.04.3 standalone works, previous C4D plug-in works (V3.03.3-R1).
licence issue

You downloaded wrong version. Note that says "VR".

Hi,
I lost an hour trying to solve the same problem, after reading this post I realized that the problem actually is that I downloaded the wrong version. Call me ignorant but mistook the term "Subscription version" with the paid version. I'm Spanish and my English is only thanks to the translator of google. To avoid future mistakes of ignorant people like me would cost nothing to include a "VR" in the description of the download link.
Thanks also for always being there to help solve our doubts.

aoktar, it has become clear your explanation, only tell you that when I download new updates do plugin through Board Index> Octane Licensed Customer Forums> Plugin Discussion / Support> Maxon Cinema 4D> Releases> Announcements

and it is in this section where I propose that the term VR is added next to the description of the MAC or WINDOWS version

as one would see when the download starts, and then it is precisely when we stop looking any description since we already have chosen before click download.

thank you very much again
