Hi;
I know this has been ddiscussed before and i've tried everything i could find on the forums. But it seems to me im still missing some steps.
What i want to do is export my scene from Cinema4D as orbx and play it on GearVR or Oculus.
I've tried ORBX player for gearVR but couldn't manage. I guess it has to be uploaded to cloud and it's another service so i guess its not something i can do myself.
I've also tried exporting jpeg images with panoramic lens/cube map/side by side settings but when i try to load up the images in Oculus360 player the image appears as its flat and not have any stereo properties.
Do i have to edit the meta data of the jpegs? Am i missing some steps here?
Thanks for the help.
Playing orbx in gearVR or Oculus?

Render stereo cube map images and on ORC, video. OMP can can play back ORBX media not ORBX scenes (yet)
It's automatic form ORC renders (pass through compression is coming) . You can drop a folder of stereo cube maps in the viewer as well, but limit it about 40 without compression.

I'm trying to upload the .orbx test scene to ORC using web interface but the upload seems to be hanging.
Do i need beta invitation for it?
It should work fine if you have an account. We have been giving them out to all V3 customers who ask. Please ping @fuzzybro if you haven't been hooked up.Mikla wrote:Thanks for the help!Goldorak wrote:It's automatic form ORC renders (pass through compression is coming) .
