Error reading source

Hey guys,

I have an issue with the octane render in the render setting panels. See attached.

I have tried re installing but have had no luck. Any clues?

Which is your installation file? It means some resource files are missing from "res" directory.

Im using Octane V3.03.1 with the updated v17 cinema4D.

Octane works it just won't let me access that menu. I've located the file in the res directory...

I've downloaded and reinstalled octane but still no luck.

Hello,
i have the same issue on Win7 and MacOS 10.13.6.

I used the latest build and the 2018.1, 2018.1.1, 2018.1.2.
The files are there, but loading error in all versions - in demo it was working
And rendering is possible (with octane materials).
But if i want to hit on a image-texture node, the error become really heavy and c4d crashes.
Tested in R15 and R20.

Any other idea?

Oh, i reintsalled the demo - the loading error is in demo mode too. Damn.. would be great to get it to work
Same happens when i drop the image-texture node from the menu inside the node system.
Crash - reset...

Find 2018.1.2 topic and "res15.rar" file. It's what you need.
