Not showing as a licensed customer

I have a subscription membership to Octane standalone and C4D Plugin but I am not showing as a 'Licensed Customer' under my avatar ----->>>

Anybody know why this could be? I'm at a loose end with the support as the replies are very vague and don't really provide an answer.

Hi mikeadamwood,
it's related to the transition from old student license to the new subscription system, I guess.
In the mean time, feel free to ask here any question about c4dOctane.
