Activation Error: Could not connect to SSO Server

Receiving a SSO error today. First time ever seeing this after a long time (well over a year) of everything working properly.
Also noticing other OTOY account login/sign in errors on your website:

This site can’t be reached
account.otoy.com’s server DNS address could not be found.

I need to work right now so this is a big issue. Please advise.

I am having the same issues. I looked in another post from last year that had this issue and it stated that octane should work for a few days without authentication to mitigate situations where their server is down.

However, this does not seem to be the case.

Not a good way to get the morning started....

I can't sign in to my web account and am being prompted to log in to Octane. Can't use it right now and work is already backing up.. is their server down?

Here in Europe is working as expected, at least in Italy.
I have sent a message to support about your issue, hoping that they could fix the issue asap.

I was finally able to log in to Octane after many attempts. Hopefully it was just a temporary glitch.

I still can not connect and I have a deadline. Uupon looking at the licenses on the otoy site it states that they are deactivated. I had no issues yesterday.

customers paid the product and are not supposed to run into this

And, OF COURSE, my client is expecting my latest work for tomorrow !!!!!
Can you fix it asap ?!?

PS : it's totally crazy and UNACCEPTABLE to have to face this kind of problem !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
