Nice. Set wall material to be diffuse, give those blue windows specular material and let it cook longer:) Go for max samples possibile.

I'm exporting from LW. There was a lot of textures that wasn't used.

Guys what source of illumination are you using for the outside? Is it n HDR image? How do you crank up its power so much to make it look as if mesh emitters were used?
Another quick question, is a sunlight available in the current beta?

In my test it was default octane render lighting with very long camera exposure setting.

In my test, I used a HDRI that I had, a blue sky and white bright sun... Just it... Octane did the rest.
