Recently upgraded to Octane 3 for Rhino. Importing materials from liveDB doesn't seem to work--I receive an error message. image attached here.

I'm running a maingear alpha34 computer with Nvidia geforce gtx 1070, windows 10 home, i7-6850K @ 3.6 ghz processor

Is there a setting that can be tweaked to fix this? Is it a result of upgrading and I have to wait a bit?

The error is saying that the plugin cannot write to the file location C:\Users\Jeremy\AppData\Local\OctaneRender for Rhinocerus\LiveDB. Are you logged on as user 'Jeremy'? Does that folder exist?
