@ juanjgon, thanks for looking in to this. Your results is very different from mine. Here is my result from the scene I uploaded.
The info kernel with wireframe backface did not reveal any errors. I increased the kernal epsilon form 100 nm to 1 mm to 100 mm with no difference.
Thanks.

The same scene. I've just loaded it and press IPR. It is true that I'm working with a new API build. Let me check the released plugin build.Alteris3D wrote:juanjgon, now I'm confused. Did you change anything besides removing the shaders? Our results are very different. Could it be a GPU issue?

Yes, Octane 3.03.2, LW 2015.3 (win64). However, in the about Octane panel, it shows up as LW2015.2juanjgon wrote:Weird. What version of the plugin are you using? It seems the 3.03.2, but it is only to be sure. Are you working with LW 2015.3?
Thanks,

My video card is kind of ancient, Quadro 4000, but the drivers are up to date.
Yes, you are right. In your plugin version there is a problem with the baking feature and this scene.
It should be fixed now. Please update your plugin to the latest build available 3.03.4.1
