I always have to activate my account when I open cinema4D.
Sometimes it works but most of time it will tell me that Could not connect to SSO server.

what about your internet connection?
Are you working on a single workstation?
are you changing the network connection or machine frequently?
If you go to your OctaneLive page, you can check where is your license and if is active or not.

Last day I activated successful in the morning.When I close cinema4D and open again I have to activated again.(This problem has been a long time since I update to V3.)Some of my friends from China have the same problem as me.Now I
can't use Octane in the commercial project because the problem always happen.

the new OctaneRender v3 authentication server, now offers the possibility to set the license in Offline mode.
If you are working always on the same workstation, it would be the right choice in case of internet connection issues, and activation issues.
Please read this document at the "Offline licensing mode" paragraph on how to use this option:
