Baking Errors with ID's

Is anyone getting strange results assigning numbers to the render layers in the latest build ? I'm adding baking ID's but the baking camera isn't matching the ID's it was working fine in previous builds is anyone else getting this ?

Weird, I don't remember any change related to the backing ID's in the latest build. Can you please attach a scene with this problem to test it here?
