Maybe not as fast as they will in the future, but they work.

But only with plugin based on OctaneRender version 3, not version 2;
OctaneRender version 3 supports Pascal.

So Pascal finally supported? Or is it a hack way to get it working?

I'm toying with getting a new gpu, and was considering the 980ti to ensure it working with Octane.
But the 1080 is now supported? That makes the decision a little more tricky!

So its currently quite slow?

Yes, its about the same speed as 980 Ti for twice the price. No guarantees on when the speed will be improved. I'd go for dual 980 Ti's since u seem to have the money.

I have a GTX 1080 FE. I'm thinking about getting a GTX 1070 FE to use in tandem. Anyone have any idea if this would work or be worth it with V3?

Also, CUDA 8 had been released! Waiting on the Octane team to release optimised Pascal support!!

Hi CarloBee,
any Standalone or plugin, based on SDK 3.03.2 or above, can work with Pascal cards, please double check your plugin version.
