Hi, Paul.
I made a great effort to apply UDIM normals to my objects, but I failed for 3days..

Unfortunately, I don't know how to solve this problem.

"Invalid file name for UDIM" this error message makes me crazy....

I had searched some inform in this forum ex) suffix file name, making image different file types..But all try have failed.

So..please help me..

I'm out on deep water here, but I've never seen the filename not include either a dot or an underscore when dealing with UDIM.
I might be silly, but have you tried either

filename_####.png
filename.####.png

?

We do that all the time here at work, using an underscore.

Yes, I think either format will work.
