is there a way to convert a TON of surfaces to a simple Octane material?

all the surfaces have is one texture on the diffuse channel. But there are hundreds of them. I know about the "get T texture" button, but was wondering if there was a way to do that same functionality across hundreds of surfaces.

Thanks.

Nope, sorry. You can copy/paste materials, but this operation will destroy the original texture in each material. Let me think about it, but I am not sure if this feature could be easy to implement.

Thanks,

Us python developers could probably help out more if we had more nodal access in the LW SDK, i've asked the Lightwave developers to consider expanding that area of the python SDK, so perhaps eventually we'll get the kind of access we need.
