UDIM support?

Did a search, but found nothing. Is there any level of support for UDIM textures currently, or is this something we'd need Maxon to support natively?

Cinema is the only pricey (at least the Studio Version) 3D App I know, which has not native UDIM support.
But Arnold for example povides UDIM support in Cinema and there is a script which adds some kind of UDIM support for Cinema.
