Wow this is great! just the water that looks a bit weird to me and the image is super sharp overall but you can fix all of that in post, exporting position pass or depth to add some atmosphere and hazing effects also using LUTs would certainly help to get rid of the digital look of the colors.

In After Effects there is a bunch plugins that can emulate films emulsions for you (I'm sure there is similar stuff for PS) one of them is Magic Bullet Film I use that one from time to time I also use the LUTs from Vision Color which can be use in every application that support LUTs so yeah use those to start your grade also add a little bit of grain and you will see your renders looking really organic, beautiful and not digital at all.
