Aweasome !

Who doesn't love the Chromatic abberations :)
By the way are these normal bumps on the surface?
Creating normal bumps gives more accurate bumps, Just a few click away with nvidia's photoshop height 2 normal filters.

I have no desire to judge or criticize.
I like chro. Abbr. But yes, I agree the effect is far more in front of the visual quality.
Cool render regarding a "quick project"

I on other hand, love to criticize, judge, bash, flame, etc. and feel good about it.

But this is great, very believable ;)

Even though I believe chroma-ab. belongs back to days of shitty cameras, I understand the use of it in nowadays viz-art, and it suits this image imho. good job :)

Georgo, we just tend to disagree so much on this stuff, lol.

I think the amount of CA in this image is only believe able, if you want to make it look like it was taken with a cellphone camera with a crappy plastic lens. Mind you, if that's the intention it works well, but there needs to be some dirt/grime/lens damage elements to the image.

Actually chroma-ab is such a thing to create the imperfection on the cg image. low values always give life like results.

Before my Lasik eye surgery. I was living with the chroma-abb with my glasses. I my eyes were working a little less shitty cameras these days i suppose.. :)

I think that explains my obsession and every thing.. :P

My self conclusion on the image.. It is real good. :!:

Exactly this ;) I should then mention, I am living with constant DOF effect unless I put my contacts in :) Makes my real view really artistic.
