Where are the Reflections?!

Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong here?

In the image, the lighted pushbuttons should be reflected in the glossy panel surface. But no go.

Could it be reversed normals? If so, there is no way to flip the normals in Octane Standalone.
UPDATE: The normals are fine in C4D.

I figured it out. My Ray Epsilon was way too high. Took it down to .00001 and everything is fine.
