Hello everyone I have a Quadro 5000 and Tesla C2075, but Tesla is recognized in the bench, but not the quadro, why and how to make her walk all thank you



bonjour a tous j'ai une quadro 5000 et une Tesla C2075, mais la Tesla est reconnu dans le bench, mais pas la quadro, pourquoi et comment faire pour que sa marche ensemble merci

Hi Lucas,

Strange. Both cards seems to be from the same architecture. My guess it might have somethign to do with CUDA/drivers.

However, one thing to note. Ideally You would liek to have one card powerign Your scree (& that should be Quadro) & one helping you to render (Tesla) - this would give You teh best experience if You would liek to tweak thigns out, not just straigt render.

Another thing to point. OctaneBench shows that Your tesla gives You about 40 while quadro about 30 (baseline being 980scoring 100) in terms of render performance. If You really neeed more power simply add even second hand card liek 980Ti that has 120+ & it will slice Your times to 25% of waht You're used now (for something like 300$ that's not so much of investment).

Lastly. Your quadro has 2.5GB of vram, while tesla 6 - if you render on both cards usable amount of vram will be only 2.5 GB since scene should fit to both cards. All in all I wouldn't even bother trying to make other card to run..but if trying to upgrade drivers would help - let us know ;)
