Octane install - Commercial version

Hi,

I just purchased the commercial version from the Otoy site.
I bought the Standalone + C4D plugin.

What are the correct steps to install it?
Because in my 'Licenses', I can download both standalone + C4D plugin.
But there are only grey 'deactivate' status, and not an activate status. I guess I need to see the 'activate' status, to run standalone and plugin?
Is it because I just purchased (10 minutes ago) ?

And in my 'subscriptions', there's 'No Subscription licenses found'

Install, run and activate.

That's what I did.

But when I start my C4D, and enter my username & passw in the Octane sign in box, it says ' Sign-in error, invalid user name or password'
Then when I close this sign in box, there is a message from C4D: 'ERROR' 'sign in was cancelled by the user'


Is there anything I forgot?

Ok problem solved. I used by the sign in the user & pass from my live account and not my sign in from here.

If you have issues, firstly try to search in the Maxon Cinema 4D section, in general, most of the problems were already been discussed previously:
