Here's a list of issues I'm having with the latest version:

Main Issues
- Hard crashes with LV updates when using Networked slaves (the issue does not happen with local-only rendering). I think I reported this back on v2.
- Render to PV not completing still images. The image does reach the sample count specified but 'rendering' doesn't stop. Once I left it running to complete a job and came back to an external GFX card that was blazing hot!

Other issues:
Can we pls be able to drag and drop image textures into file slots in the node editor attribute manager. Currently dragging an image from the Content Browser does not work, it can only be done into the regular Cinema 4D attribute manager when you select an Octane material and drill down to the specific Image Texture node. Its a very cumbersome interruption of workflow.

Is there a reason Glossy materials cannot use translucency?

thx

If you want glossy with translucency just create a diffuse material with it and mix it with the glossy one.

No. We are limited with host program's limitations.

Please post a sample scene and more specific information to show this.
- Hard crashes with LV updates when using Networked slaves (the issue does not happen with local-only rendering). I think I reported this back on v2.
Please do previous steps for this. Network things are not managed by plugin. Just we do enabling/disabling and opening network settings window to make setup.

Also please try to do this: Open one topic for one problem under bug reports or this section. And give much better information to help us for tracking the issues..

Just tried this.

Add a cube. Add an OctaneSky. Render to LV.

Add Octane target light. Switch to 4-view. Move light in top view.

Boom.

Yes seems to be the same problem. Master is a Mac here too (as are slaves).

Please find a fix ASAP!

I can confirm that when all Stats are off it works (so far). Enabling Render Stats with LV active & Network rendering causes the hang.
