Revit crashes on start

I need to access some projects, and this is an old installation of Revit 2013, Octane 2.16 and plugin 2.x (2.3.0.7 ~ 2.16.0.25), and Revit crashes on start, every time the plugin is installed. Octane standalone and Revit without the plugin runs fine. The Revit/plugin combination crashes with every GPU driver version for Windows 10 x64 from 353.30, with both Quadro and GeForce drivers and cards, one at a time.

The current plugin is supported for Revit 2015 onwards - and will not work on Revit 2013. You will need to open your old scenes on Revit 2015 onwards if you have the plugin installed. I suggest uninstalling the plugin in your Revit 2013 installation via the Windows Control Panel.
