Hi,

Those are some great points for improving usability of the Live DB.

The Direct drag to to scene object seems like a feasible implementation. Bear in mind that the LiveDB interface remains consistent with the standalone, and these revisions will likely need to be implemented here first. I would especially like to see material searching by name :D

Again, the LiveDB functionality is being pulled from the standalone and the function does little more than call it. These are very good (perhaps long-overdue) suggestions, and will be worth putting toward the core Octane team.

Do it have to do I ? .... I told you to you as the admin must send the wish users to standalone
Now this feature is extremely inconvenient ... and exists as an Appendix

Hi,

I will pass this along to the core team, and see where we can go from there.

if in fact I am against free material library ... there's a lot of garbage .... I have Octane has created a standard library of materials for all occasions - with the ability to change (color - texture) and the property of the material remains
...
the basis would be nice to take the standard library 3D max materials or any other which had a direct set of shaders to simulate natural conditions of the objects
