I want to build a workstation with 16 Graphics Card using 4 Nestor NA255 Boxes, each one allows up to 4 graphics card conected to one PCI Express x16 slots.
Does Octane Render allow to use 16 GPU's connected by this way?
Thanks!
16 GPU's for Octane Render
You can use 20 GPUs in Octane 3 rendering same frame/image/scene. BUT if you are using windows it's probably not gonna let you work with more than 7-8 GPUS in single system/machine.

It's not only windows, You end up hiting limitations of most motherboards..after 7-8 You will start having lots of headache, but some mobos allow You to go 12 & more..

Tyan and Supermicro come to mind when I think of motherboards with heavy expansion. The only one I've used recently was based on this Tyan:

Loaded up with (8) 7970s and worked as advertised (after a LOT of tweaking power / fan settings for GPUs).
