It's hard to say what's happening here but there's been a couple of bugs solved lately that have been fixed in the latest version so I'd recommend you to make sure you update and let us know if this keeps occurring and I'll follow this up as we might need more information.

You may continue using it, however the unlocking functionality is meant for emergency use only, that's why there's a count.

If you need to use it every time there's an issue that we might like to look into so please let us know.
