3.02-R2 works well
You can fix it by run the C4D as administrator or make it by your self. I think windows avoid to copy it when you have c4d in program files.
I'll change the system for next version.
I solve the problem in these steps:
1. copy the file "..\res\description\vprenderer3.res"
2. rename the copied file from "vprenderer3.res" to "vprenderer.res"
3. copy the renamed file "vprenderer.res" back to directory "..\res\description\.." and reclace the old file with same name
Now I can access the c4d-octane rendersettings for picture viewer without problems.
