ORC keeps failing

Why does everything I upload to the ORC keep "failing" ??

Hi,

To help us pinpoint the source of the failure, please provide us with as much detail as possible.

Does the scene fail midway through the process? At the beginning? Close to the end?

What is the size of the scenes you are sending to ORC?

Anything you feel may be of note would be greatly appreciated.

It would also help to know whether you have an ORC account or if you are using the Web UI, standalone or the plugin.

I am brand new to the ORC. I do not have an account or ORC credits. I would be happy to do that, but I have no idea where to go to set up an ORC account or buy credits.
So I am just using the "Export to cloud" button in the 3dsmax plugin. I have tried 5 different scenes, big and small. If can't even handle a basic file with so textures. It says starting and then after 30 seconds, showing nothing else it just changes to fail.

What else do you need to know ?

Hi,

Using 3.17, it seems to work fine with cloud rendering (unless you lack credits, which will result in the job being marked as "Cancelled" with an alert sent to your email inbox). Please confirm which version of the v3 plugin you are currently using.

Yes I have 3.02 - 3.17 and it does not work. It says FAILED.
How and where do I buy credits from ?

I see in my online Profile at the ORC interface that my CREDITS are ZERO. Which I expected. So where and how do I add a billing account to buy credits ?
