Failed to find license

All of a sudden when i click my IPR I get this message. I cant use stand alone either. Any ideas?
What is the status of your licenses in the your costumers page? If they are enabled in offline mode in other system you could disable them from your costumer page.
Also, be sure to use your OTOY site user and password data to fetch the licenses (the same that you are using to login in this forum), the old LiveID user/password is not longer used.

Hi, not sure what went wrong but I deactivated and reactivated and it was ok
