feature request: batch render improvement

A feature that would be worth adding to the batch render would be the ability to set what frame range per render target. This way, you can set it up and let it go rather than having to intervene.

Another thing mentioned in the past... the ability to update all render targets with the same file type selection would be great. It's very annoying to have to re-select everything any time you realize you need to modify a setting before starting the batch. Especially when you have 10+ render targets.
