OCTANE Viewport does not work with BODY OBJECTS

This is an old problem with Octane that I have mentioned several times before... I am disappointed to see it has not been addressed in Version 3.0 either.

I work a lot with BODY OBJECTS, since I do product rendering from STEP files. Whilst the OCTANE VIEWPORT does show the geometry, it only shows it in the "LOW" quality mode, not the "MEDIUM" or "HIGH". Obviously for high end photoreal renderings I keep all body objects in the HIGH mode. However, unless I add an EDIT POLY modifier or actually fully convert to a editable mesh, I have to put up with the low res geometry.
Can this not be addressed, so that Octane respects the correct BODY OBJECT mode ?

Could you please post some test scene together with description of what is wrong there, how to reproduce, and how do you want it to be?..

Sure Jim...
So in this scene I have attached you can see I have three identical objects, but the LEFT object is setup as a LOW quality object in the body object menu.
The MIDDLE object is the same thing but set to HIGH quality. You will see that in the 3dsmax working viewport, the quality is much higher. Everything is smooth and perfect, no low poly geometry or facets. However in the octane viewport is looks exactly the same as the LOW version on the left. Now finally on the RIGHT hand side, you have the same HIGH object as the middle but now I added an edit poly modifier to freeze or lock in the geometry into a editable poly I guess OCTANE is happy with.
What I would like is that OCTANE simply works better with BODY objects as other rendering engines do and it respects the LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH setting in the body objects menu. This way I can render high quality stills of products without having to totally destroy the parametric model to do it.
Any questions on all of this ? Thanks for your future response. I am sure a lot of people have this problem working with solid model CAD data.
