Hi, I tried to render a project on ORC and it says "failed".
See picture enclosed on the right screen. Something is missing or wrong ?

Thanks.

Hi guys!

There are two reason:
First, seems like C4D cloud integration produces wrong scene description, I'm checking this right now.
Second, you don't have credits to render jobs :) I'll put you on the waiting list.

Best,
Vladimir

Hi Vladimir,

from C4D I go to the octane LV, render, pause and send scene to ORC.

it uploads all the scene in .orbx but after it didn't work.

How much will cost the credits and when will it be possible to buy it ?

thanks ;-)

Seems like there is an issue with C4D scenes, I'm working with Ahmet to fix it.

ok, I exported to standalone and send it again to ORC and it's the same.

Maybe I have to buy credits ? how can I do that ?

thanks
