I know this is a Realflow question, but they're slow to answer and I'm trying to see if anyone else is having this issue.
Playing with the new Realflow for C4D and their plugin crashes as soon as you hit render in Octane. Tried everything. Caching and all. Only works if you build your scene with the Octane engine fired up first. After that if you hit re-calculate / render, the RF plugin crashes hard. Says it's Octane compatible.

just tried the demo myself, after caching, building a mesh, and clicking render in the live viewer I get an immediate crash.
run the scene and then hit build mesh. See if you can get it to render.
my system is a windows 10 x99 with 4 980 ti on the most recent nvidia drivers.

That's what i'm saying. Start LV without any RF stuff then add it. It will work. Problem happens after you hit start button.xcaseyx wrote:just tried the demo myself, after caching, building a mesh, and clicking render in the live viewer I get an immediate crash.

can you put crash reports here?xcaseyx wrote:that works, thanks!
edit: even with that, it only works at first. if you pause live viewer and then make a change, cache, and un-pause the live viewer. Crash.

There is a somethings to do on my side. I can disable this document creation on LV workflow and this allow me to remove crashing line. But this can cause some stability issues. I'm testing....
