Achieving 3D Flat effect?

Anyone can help with tips on how to achieve such 3D flat effect in C4D and octane?

just use diffuse material with emission.
Texture emission, and as texture use the same color as for diffuse color.

tick: "surface emission" and turn off "cast ilumination"
