How Can I access the Local DB in DAZ Studio ?
I can access the Live DB tab but there is no tab for the Local DB.

I assume with Local DB you mean the one from the standalone that is used to save and load any kind of user created OR assets?

You can access it from OcDS by using the import options.

What should be working:

- import environments
- import cameras

I only made some quick tests with those.
Seems to be working but you may or may not find some quirks with further testing.

Current limitations & issues:
- imported materials requires an additional workaround step before applying them in OcDS
right click the imported material and "Copy as new material", and use the copy
viewtopic.php?f=44&t=54710#p279598

- imported render settings seems to be bugged
OR dimension values in DAZ Studio are linked to both the DAZ Studio camera and the OR rendersettings
It seems DAZ Studio or OcDS gets confused what to do with imported dimension values
Kernel parameters set in OR standalone are not imported as well
In addition if you did not set up all nodes like imager they will simply be left out and there is no way to add them to the imported custom render target

-> What would be required is the option to import kernel, imager nodes separately

What is so far not supported:
- a) import of individual nodes (example: scattering, absorption, noise nodes etc created in standalone)
- b) import of "standard" geometry with OR materials set up
- c) import of complete scenes

- - -
-> My personal hope is that one day maybe 3.1 a) and b) can be supported
c) may remain only possible with high end software like Nuke

To use the Import button, navigate to the C:\Users\Paul\AppData\Roaming\OctaneRender\localDb folder where you will find your LocalDb files. Once imported, rightclick the material and "Copy as new material" and use that copy to connect to your scene item.
