Current 2.25 stable plugin not loading in R13 *fixed*

Hey, just wanted to see if anyone else ran into any issues.

Brought my license to work on site, trying to get it running on R13 (13.016) with older 2.25 build. Tried with all .cdl64s just because, but octane tab does not load under any conditions whatsoever.

This is on W10, 5820k w/980s on 368.22 drivers.

Any advice? Thanks.

*EDIT* SOLVED. So someone decided to install 32 bit Cinema. For shame.
