Otoy support do not respond. Help FFS

I have been trying to get a response from otoy for weeks about my account. They choose to ignore me.

I bought 3 copies of their software but they couldnt give a fuck when I cannot login to my own account.
I can login to forums for some reason but not the main site for my license information.
So now I cant upgrade my accounts to V3.

I really am just fed up with pathetic support from Otoy. I would love to get my money back but I'm sure if I cant give them MORE fucking money for V3 then they are not going to give me money back for an unusable account.

Oh by the way the error on the login was caused by them messing with my account so I could change the master email address and they fucked the whole account now.

Otoy your customer service is a joke.

If it makes you feel better I'm in the same boat. :(

Multiple requestes to fix a phantom license that has prevented me from using one of my 3 licenses ever since the v3 upgrade. I was told they'd get back to me within a day... and then they said Otoy NZ would get back to me in another day. It's been 3 days since with no response.
Nothing.

I feel like a real chump for supporting a company with crippling license protocols and an absolutely indifferent support team.

In January, I mailed them again and they told me they would reply. That was in February.

I haven't heard from them since...

So I got a reply from Otoy this morning and all is fixed. I just think it's a shame I had to write a derogatory post to get a reply

I can now login to my account, although I'm scared to death to upgrade to V3 in case something else goes wrong.
I may leave it until my latest project is finished in July. I can't afford to be without Octane.

Sorry for the backlog. We have had more upgrades to V3 in one week than in the two years since V2 was launched. We didn't expect this kind of traffic. We have now put more recourses in place to handle support in a more timely fashion.
