It would be nice to see a material similar to Matte/Shadow/Reflection material in mental ray, with the ability to control from which light(s) to store the shadow(s), to store reflections and be able to "mask" objects in shots where you match geometry with live footage.
For product shots and composting purposes is a great tool to have.
