Both of the above are covered with 3.1 features (see GTC16 slides):

This can already be done with script nodes, and will also be possible with the native ORBX plug-in API being worked on for 3.1.

Unless I missed something (Lightwave plugin version) The feature I want the most is the ability to control the camera properly. Focus, DOF etc.. per frame in an animation. Not just activate autofocus (which really breaks options) or set options once. Render a range, break, change settings manually, and do it again for the next range.. ad nauseum. etc.. and stitch everything together later, because .. I had to do it manually. I'd go so far as calling it a critical fix. :? (In other words, please add graph nodes for these settings)

Michael, maybe this will help: in LW, you can use an Item:Info (Position) node for camera and one for a null, plug them both into a Distance node, and plug that into Focal Depth.

Hmm, god I feel stupid... Obviously there was a way. Just add thinlens node, and attach the LW camera controls to it. (Hiding in shame)

Can we please have a new feature request list.

Now we have volumetrics and some of the others this has become outdated.

Thanks.

Also VERTEX MAPS! - support for C4D please :)
