I just installed v3 (I didn't buy a license for it yet) but I get the message
Could not find any available licenses

I thought I could use it until June 1st, am I wrong?

EDIT: the beta4 works, so my guess is the final uses a different license?

Yes, Octane 3.00 standalone and plugins need an Octane 3.0 license.
