Octane license still deactivated

Hi,

my octane 3 render license is still Deactivated even if the payment is done

The standalone run good and asked me id and password
but in C4D Octane section do not allow me to work

The pop up with my credential fields appears to me only running the Standalone and not running C4D, not even the first time.

Any idea?

Solved running oct.dat file (attached by oktar developer in "C4D V3 Commercial Version Login Issues" post) in C4D preference folder user/library/preferences/maxon/c4dR1X/prefs

It shouldn't be necessary with V3.0-R1.1. was not you working on V2 before V3? Or is it first time to install/work with plugin? More info can help to fix if still some issues are belong to plugin.
