Could you please post a screenshot of the error you are getting and also the plugin/standalone versions and license status on the Web interface?
Thank you.
Hi,
I want to upgrade to 3.x,Now I will to buy it.
But I have one problem, my Standalone version and OctaneRender for Rhinoceros plug-ins version is not to use one single account to buy, before the purchase of detaching two accounts.
How can I do for upgrading?
Thank you for your help,
Best Regards,
Alxen
Do you mean they do not use the same Otoy account login? If this is the case, I suggest contacting Otoy support and asking them to merge your accounts do you can upgrade. But I have one problem, my Standalone version and OctaneRender for Rhinoceros plug-ins version is not to use one single account to buy, before the purchase of detaching two accounts.
How can I do for upgrading?

When you see 'Activated' on the licenses web UI means that those licenses are in use.nohyim wrote:Here is my status page from the licence status.
Looking at your screenshot I can see your Rhino license is been activated with a plugin corresponding to V2 (I know as you can see the date but not the hostname

At the moment you'll need to deactivate that one manually (reverting to the old plugin version) but we hope to provide a way to do so via the web UI.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi mojave,
Did you provide a way to do so via the web UI?

I couldn't find an option to unistall the version 2 plugin, so I deactivated it and dropped the OctaneRenderForRhino_3_0_20_65.rhi on a viewport to install. Looks like it installed, but when I select Open Viewport button nothing happens.

Never mind. Turns out the last time I used the plugin I had two monitors. I'm only using one monitor now. I had to hook up second monitor to move the render viewport to the main monitor, then went back to the single monitor setup. Everything is good now.
