Plugin can't find license

Hi Aoktar,

At home on my PC.
Using Octane 3.

Despite previous issues standalone 3.0 is now opening.
However C4D plugin 3.0 says the following when I open:
'Could not find any available license; all your licenses are currently being used. Release or obtain at least one to continue'

What can I do? I'm not using the license anywhere else.
The Otoy website says that the C4D plugin is 'activated' but it shouldn't be anywhere.
