I think it'd be a good idea to offer support for the products you sell. I upgraded to v3 yesterday, am running into tech issues, and have emailed support twice and have yet to receive any form of response. My idea would be for you to respond to inquiries and to help your customers as they are usually under deadline.

Im running OSX, c4d16. My c4d plugin is not updating and i need you to deactivate it, and as it says viewtopic.php?f=7&t=54208, I have to email you now to have that done.
